“Gli Scampoli di Busatti” is a theatrical project by Busatti Srl.
It is a journey born from the desire to strengthen team spirit and the sense of belonging within the company. The employees involved stepped out of their comfort zones through the language of theatre, discovering new forms of collaboration, listening, and shared creativity.
“Gli Scampoli di Busatti” is therefore much more than an artistic project: it is a human and collective experience, in which the threads of relationships intertwine like a fabric, giving life to a dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity.
The project culminated in December with the staging of the performance entitled “Bibi, the Adventures of the Royal Busatti Cricket Club.”
